DAMPAK FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN: PERAN MEDIASI PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Explore the right regulations to stimulate the right work system during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examines the effect of Flexible Work Arrangements (X1) on employee performance (Y1) and a deeper analysis of appropriate work policies through innovative work behavior (Z1) in maintaining employee performance at the Kementerian Agama Kota Yogyakarta in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees working for at least 1 year. There are 120 respondents who became the sample in this study. This study uses a descriptive approach and uses quantitative data, uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) model and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data processing tools. The results of this study indicate that flexible work arrangements have an insignificant and positive effect on employee performance, flexible work arrangements have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, innovative work behaviors have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and innovative work behavior fully mediates the effect of work arrangements flexible on employee performance.


Mendalami regulasi yang tepat untuk menstimulasi sistem kerja yang tepat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pengaturan kerja fleksibel (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y1) dan analisis lebih dalam pada kebijakan kerja yang tepat melalui perilaku kerja inovatif (Z1) dalam menjaga kinerja karyawan di Kementerian Agama Kota Yogyakarta di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria pegawai yang bekerja minimal selama 1 tahun. Terdapat 120 responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif serta menggunakan data kuantitatif, menggunakan model Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan alat bantu olah data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaturan kerja fleksibel berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaturan kerja fleksibel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan perilaku kerja inovatif memediasi secara penuh pengaruh antara pengaturan kerja fleksibel terhadap kinerja karyawan.
