ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KECANGGIHAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, PARTISIPASI MANAJEMEN DAN KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the sophistication of information technology, management participation and
competence of human resources on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The population in this
study are several insurance companies in Pekanbaru City, namely as many as 30 general insurance companies.
The author uses the saturated sampling technique contained in the Non-Probability Sampling so that the number
of samples is 30 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results obtained
from data analysis, it can be concluded as follows that the sophistication of information technology does not have
a significant effect on the effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems in insurance companies in Pekanbaru
City. Meanwhile, management participation and human resource competence have a significant influence on the
effectiveness of the Accounting Information System in insurance companies in Pekanbaru City.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi manajemen dan kompetensi
sumber daya manusia terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
beberapa perusahaan asuransi yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru yaitusebanyak 30PerusahaanAsuransi Umum. Penulis
menggunakan teknik sampel sampling jenuh yang terdapat di Non-Probability Sampling sehingga jumlah sampel
30 perusahaan. Analisa data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil-hasil yang diperoleh
dari analisis data, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut kecangihan teknologi informasi tidak memiliki
pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada perusahaan asuransi di Kota
Pekanbaru. Sedangkan partisipasi manajemen dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh
yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada perusahaan asuransi di Kota Pekanbaru.
