Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh guru PNS yang mengajar di SD Negeri 003, 009 dan 010 Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan bantuan Skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) dimana hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja namun kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja namun kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sementara itu kepuasan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kondisi ini terjadi dikarenakan sebagian besar responden sudah memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 10 tahun sehingga meskipun responden merasa tidak puas dengan pekerjaannya namun kinerja responden tetap akan stabil akibat adanya rasa tanggung jawab dan keterikatan tersendiri dengan dunia pendidikan.
